In this multiplayer-action-shooter, the Second World War is raging, but in a slightly more colorful way than you might expect. At the beginning of Battlefield Heroes you choose between two different factions. On one side you’ve got the Allied forces in the form of the 'Royals', on the other side the 'Nationals' represent the Axis-forces. Once you have decided which side you want to be on, all that’s left to do is to select a fighting class.

Battlefield Heroes – the right character-class for every playstyle

As the simple Foot-Soldier in Battlefield Heroes, you fight at the forefront of the actual combat operations and lay waste to your enemies equipped with shotguns and submachine guns. In the role of the Gunner the rocket launcher on your shoulders makes you a slow-moving target, but once you start firing you’ll send the opposition packing. And with your additional health points you have plenty of time to get that perfect shot off. As Commando, you have the ability to make yourself invisible and attack your opponent from behind.Each of these classes in Battlefield Heroes can learn up to five special abilities to further customize the different playstyles.

Make sure to customize your character before you charge into the colourful game world of Battlefield Heroes. For only then will your enemies recognize you immediately and know who is responsible for their next respawn. Among the different types of game modes is the popular Capture the Flag, where you race for your enemies flag while trying to protect your own at the same time.

Battlefield Heroes – tanks, jeeps and planes will take you into combat

As in other Battlefield games, you don’t just move around the huge maps of Battlefield Heroes on your own two feet. Jeeps, airplanes and tanks are at your disposal. It's up to you whether you approach enemy territory on your own, or whether you come up with a tactic for capturing the enemy flag together with your fellow team-members.
